Prince Resorts Hawaii resort credits are valid only in conjunction with hotel stay and must be requested 2 weeks prior to arrival at the hotel. Certificates are valid one year from date of issue. Original certificate must be presented at the front desk upon check-in. Copies will not be accepted. Certificates will be mailed within 2 to 4 weeks upon receipt of redemption request. Maximum of $500 resort credit certificates can be redeemed per year per account.
