Membership Levels

When you join Prince Preferred, you will be automatically enrolled into Level 1 which offers the standard membership benefits and privileges as described below.

Members who frequent Prince Resorts Hawaii regularly throughout the year will also be rewarded with upgraded membership offering additional benefits. Qualifying members are upgraded once every year on March 1st, based on the prior year of account activity. Please refer to Level 2 and 3 for qualifications.

Prince Preferred Members - Level 1

  • No enrollment fee.
  • Earn one (1) point per eligible one dollar ($1) spent while staying at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki, Maui Prince Hotel, Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel (restrictions apply).
  • Personalized membership card and luggage tags.
  • Special offers exclusive for Prince Preferred members.
  • Personal profile including floor, pillow, bedding and smoking preference.
  • Personalized, efficient check-in.
  • Complimentary local and toll-free telephone calls. Credit card access fees waived.
  • Complimentary morning weekday newspaper at select properties.
  • Guaranteed reservations without deposit with valid credit card on file, except during hotel high occupancy periods.
  • Online access to your personal account activity 24 hours a day.
  • Prince Preferred Hotline: Call 1-800-PRINCE-4 in the U.S. and Canada for reservations and/or account assistance.

Pikake Members - Level 2

Qualifications

  • Prince Preferred members must stay 10 times or accumulate 25 nights in a calendar year.
  • Members who earn their status in 2007 will receive Pikake - Level 2 membership from March 1, 2008 to February 29, 2009.

Benefits

  • Level 1 benefits and privileges.
  • Daily food and beverage credit of $8 per person. Credit is for up to 2 persons per day during your stay.
  • Upgraded accommodations, upon availability at selected properties (excluding suites). Enjoy the comforts of premium location and views, based on availability.

Ilima Members - Level 3

Qualifications

  • Prince Preferred members must stay 25 times or accumulate 50 nights in a calendar year.
  • Members who earn their status in 2007 will receive membership from March 1, 2008 to February 29, 2009.

  • 15% Hotel logo and golf shop discount.
  • Check-cashing privileges.
